The chain is degreased and hot waxed by us at the factory. The chain was specially designed and produced for Optimize. The nickel-plated surface makes it resistant to rust.

The nickel plating ensures that the outside of the chain is completely resistant to rust and has a beautiful silver shine.

Compatibility: With ALL 11-speed drives

Length: 118 links (suitable for all RR and gravel bikes as well as most MTBs)

Length: 125 links (for all MTB and Mullet drives on the Grabelbike)

Weight: 270gr. (118 links)

The initial hot wax treatment lasts 200-300km, after which it should be re-waxed :D

=> Why so short?! You usually state 800-1000km (RR)?

We skip the cooling process so that we can produce the chains faster, which means the mileage on the first run is slightly lower.

The chain comes with the Connex Quick Link. These can be assembled/disassembled without tools, making them perfect for anyone who uses hot wax and has to take the chain off frequently. The best thing is that it is reusable!

Super Kette!

Die ersten 200 KM gefahren, Installation und Montage kein Problem, läuft flüssig. Top! Gerne wieder!

Also es wird angeben das sie mit sram schaltung kompatibel ist leider muss ich was anderes schreiben meine sram gx 1x11 fach zickt seitdem rum seit ich die kette drauf habe sie lässt sich nicht mehr einstellen richtig

Empfehlung

Kettenschloss lässt sich super easy öffnen und schließen.
Antrieb bleibt komplett sauber - ansonsten einfach mit Wasser abspülen.
Ich habe den Vergleich zu meinem anderen Rad mit Öl. Wachs ist die beste Entscheidung.
Die Kette ist ein wenig lauter oder eben eine andere Geräuschekulisse, aber nicht störend.

Preis leistung -> sehr gut

Ich kann die Kette nur empfehlen. Warum? -> normalerweisse kostet die Kette etwa 40 - 45.- chf. Hier kann man die Kette für 60.- kaufen, die Kette hat nie im Leben öl gesehen. Das Entfetung prozess kann man sparen und anstatt es zu machen, einfach eine Runde fahren. Das quick link funktioniert wunderbar.
Ich habe aus der Schweiz bestellt und musste leider noch 20.- zollgebühren zahlen...
Ich werde sicher weiterhin die Kette von hier kaufen, einfach zu einem Freund in Deutschland schicken, damit ich keine zoll Gebühren mehr zahlen zu müssen.

Auch als Rennradneuling und als Schrauber der alleruntersten Hobbyklasse ;-) war der Umstieg echt easy. Kassette etc. komplett entfettet, gewachste Kette ausgepackt, gekürzt, eingebaut (connex-quick-link ist wirklich super) und losgefahren - TOP

Hot or liquid wax?

Recommendation: We recommend that customers who would like to use hot wax use liquid wax. This can reduce stress if you have a spontaneous ride planned for the next day but don't have time to wax.

Liquid wax: 200-300km mileage, effort 30s, very clean

Hot wax: 800-1000km mileage, 1.5-2h time required, slightly lower friction than liquid chain wax, very clean (same)

=> Both are fully functional lubricants and can be used independently of each other (all versions are compatible with each other, a change is possible immediately).

Shipping time

We specify the shipping time as 3-5 days. Usually the package arrives much faster. However, unfortunately it can sometimes take longer during promotions :(
