Description
The Optimize Chain Plier is a high-quality tool for opening and closing bicycle chains with Quicklink. It was developed for regular use, robust, precise, and uncompromising in its workmanship.
Made from solid forged steel, the pliers feel noticeably high-quality in the hand. The slender, hardened jaws allow use even with very narrow chains, while the integrated return spring ensures controlled and easy handling.
Made in Germany: forged in Solingen and then further processed by a specialized pliers manufacturer in Remscheid. The elaborate manufacturing process: forging, milling, riveting, blasting, and matte nickel plating, ensures high durability and a long-lasting surface.
A tool for everyone who regularly works on their drivetrain and values quality, precision, and durability.
Overengineered by design. For all who take tools seriously.

Company History
Lubricant Solution Made in Germany
Optimize was founded in April 2022 by me, Felix, because no chain wax available on the market convinced me in terms of lubrication performance and cleanliness. Since mid-2023, I have been running Optimize full-time with great passion, now supported by a small team. Our goal is well-designed products that solve real problems and make chain waxing easier – with technical solutions that other providers don't implement.
