Our Graphene Hot Wax is for anyone who truly wants to get everything out of their chain in racing or training. Developed for uncompromising speed, extremely low friction, and maximum mileage – even under the toughest conditions.
The base: high-purity paraffin with a special proportion of ultra-fine graphene particles.
Graphene is the most powerful solid lubricant of its class – thinner than an atom, stronger than steel. It penetrates deep into the chain, reduces friction at the nano-level, and forms a stable, dry protective layer.

1. Our lubricant: Graphene
Graphene reduces friction where it really counts – between the inner surfaces of your chain. The result: even quieter, lighter, and more efficient chain movement. A clear advantage, especially at high cadences and long distances.
2. Mileage: 1000–1200 km
In combination with the Optimize Ultrasonic Wax Cooker, the service life can be increased to up to 1200 km (Road – dry conditions). Even without ultrasound, with a clean chain and correct setup, you consistently achieve 1000 km per application.
3. Always clean, always fast
The high melting point ensures that the wax hardens completely.
No stickiness, no smearing, no dirt film.
The result: A spotless chain that not only looks better – but is also faster.

Optimize Automatic Wax Cooker:
Simply fill with wax, set the temperature, immerse the chain – done.
Optimize Ultrasonic Wax Cooker:
For those who want more. Melts the wax and simultaneously cleans with ultrasound.

Optimize Cleaning System:
Before waxing, the chain must be free of oil and residues.
We offer you for this:
• Highly effective degreasers (Chain Degreaser Plus)
• Special ultrasonic devices for deep cleaning
• Accessories & tools – all coordinated
Application

Thoroughly degrease & dry chain
→ Ideally with Optimize ultrasonic device + Chain Degreaser Plus -
Melt wax in cooker to approx. 90 °C

Immerse chain, move slightly

Remove at approx. 60 °C, let drip dry

Allow to cool for at least 2 hours – ready to ride immediately

Optimize was founded in April 2022 by me, Felix, because no chain wax available on the market convinced me in terms of lubrication performance and cleanliness. Since mid-2023, I have been running Optimize full-time with great passion, now supported by a small team.
