Our Graphite Hot Wax is the perfect choice for anyone who wants more: more mileage, more cleanliness, more efficiency – without more effort. Robust, suitable for everyday use and proven in thousands of chains – ideal for road, gravel and MTB.

The basis: high-purity paraffin wax, supplemented with ultra-fine graphite.
A proven solid lubricant that penetrates deep into the chain, reducing friction and providing long-lasting protection.

1. Our lubricant: Graphite

Graphite lubricates where it counts – in the narrow spaces between your chain links. It reduces micro-friction and reliably protects against wear – even in changing conditions and everyday use.

2. Mileage: 800–1000 km

Thanks to the optimal melting point and the high wax content, you achieve a consistent 800–1000 km per application (road, dry) with a clean chain. This means constant re-lubrication is a thing of the past.

3. Always clean, always fast

Our wax hardens completely when it cools.
No oil film. No dirt. No black paste.
The chain remains dry, sparkling clean – and thus efficient.

Optimize offers you a perfectly coordinated system for effortless and precise waxing:

Optimize Automatic Wax Cooker:
Set, switch on, immerse. The cooker automatically regulates temperature and process – for clean waxing without guesswork.

Optimize Ultrasonic Wax Cooker (optional):
More penetration depth, longer service life: Those aiming for maximum mileage can also use graphite wax in the ultrasonic process – e.g. for 3–4 chains simultaneously.

Optimize Cleaning System:
Clean chain = clean result.
With our specially coordinated cleaning devices and degreasers, you can optimally prepare any chain for waxing.

Application

1. Thoroughly degrease & dry chain
   → Ideal with Optimize Ultrasonic Device + Chain Degreaser Plus

2. Melt wax in cooker to approx. 90 °C

3. Dip chain, move slightly

4. Remove at approx. 60 °C, let drip dry

5. Allow to cool for at least 2 hours – ready to ride immediately
