Why do you need a thermometer?

Without a thermometer, the 90°C and approx. 60°C wax temperature cannot be precisely reached and maintained. However, the temperature is absolutely crucial for the performance of the hot wax.

Why do I even need a thermometer when hot waxing?

The temperature determines the quality of your wax layer.
Only if the wax is cleanly melted at approx. 90 °C and processed within the correct range (around 60 °C) can it optimally penetrate the chain. Without precise measurement, this is hardly reproducible and the mileage suffers.

How long does the thermometer measure the temperature?

The thermometer enables continuous temperature measurement for up to 10 minutes. This allows you to monitor the entire heating process and ensure that your wax consistently stays within the optimal range.

How is the thermometer attached?

Thanks to integrated magnets, the thermometer can be easily and securely attached to the wax melter. No holding, no balancing – simply position, monitor the temperature, and work in a controlled manner.
