A little note for everyone who has seen the trade fair videos: Unfortunately, the new outer box will only be available later. The contents remain the same!
The device should not be used as a normal cleaner ; once wax gets into the device it can no longer be properly removed.
What makes it so good?
The device is characterized by a powerful heater, precise temperature control and a large capacity. Several chains at the same time? No problem!
What is the benefit of ultrasound for chain wax?
Ultrasound enables the wax to penetrate even deeper into the chain and form a 100% bond with the chain. Even the last air bubble is released from the chain. In addition, ultrasound enables optimal circulation of the additives in the wax bath.
Soon, new, still greased chains will also be able to be waxed directly in the wax bath. This requires an additive that will be available in 3-4 weeks. This is added according to the number of chains to be waxed.
The bond between chain and wax is further promoted by the ultrasound and promises increased mileage beyond 800-1000 km.
Can I also use a normal ultrasonic bath?
No, the device has been specially adapted and modified for this use. It has a safety switch-off to prevent overheating, a significantly stronger heater and an adapted thermostat that can reach 90°C. The power of the ultrasonic generators has also been adjusted to be able to treat more viscous media such as wax. A conventional device used for cleaning parts poses an immense risk and should not be used.
Note: Two wax blocks are required for operation, which are NOT included in the delivery.

Heiß- oder Flüssigwachs?
Empfehlung: Kunden die gerne Heißwachs verwenden möchten, raten wir Flüssigwachs dazu zu nehmen. Kann den Stress reduzieren, wenn spontan am nächsten Tag eine Ausfahrt ansteht, aber keine Zeit zum wachsen hat.
Flüssigwachs: 200-300km Laufleistung, Aufwand 30s, sehr sauber
Heißwachs: 800-1000km Laufleistung, 1,5-2h Zeitaufwand, etwas geringere Reibung als Flüssigkettenwachs, sehr sauber (gleich)
=> Beides sind vollwertige Schmiermittel und können unabhängig von einander verwendet werden alle Versionen sind mitteinander Kompatibel, ein Wechsel ist sofort möglich).
